Although we only allow online bookings for up to 8 guests we are able to accommodate larger groups.

Parkside does not currently request any deposit or pre-payment for bookings however we will soon be introducing credit card pre-authorisation. This will not debit your card at the time of booking but a nominal no-show fee may be charged in the event of late notice cancellations. Full details of any charges and conditions will be provided at the time of your booking if this is active.

Bookings that are cancelled without warning do affect us as we hold tables we could release to other customers, prepare the kitchen and arrange the staff according to guests attending. If you are unable to attend for any reason, please do let us know.

This can be done easily by clicking the ‘cancel booking’ links in the emails we send you, contacting us during business hours or by emailing us directly. Our contact number and email can be found in the website footer.
